If the remote flashes red or does nothing, it has lost its Bluetooth pairing.
The Fix: Point the remote at the TV sensor. Press and hold the Back/Return button and the Play/Pause button simultaneously for 3–5 seconds. The TV screen will say “Pairing…” and then “Complete.”

Samsung TVs are sensitive to DNS settings. If it connects to the router but not the internet:
- Go to Settings > General > Network > Network Status.
- Select IP Settings.
- Change “DNS Setting” to Enter Manually.
- Enter 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS). This fixes the connection 90% of the time.
