These codes relate to the temperature sensor:
- HHH (Too Hot): The machine is too hot to start a new loaf (usually after just baking one). Open the lid and let it cool for 15–20 minutes.
- LLL (Too Cold): The room temperature is too cold for the yeast to rise properly. Move the machine to a warmer spot.

It is normal for the paddle to get baked into the bottom of the loaf.
The Fix: Wait for the bread to cool slightly. Use the metal hook tool included with your machine. Insert it into the small hole on the bottom of the loaf and gently hook the paddle to pull it out. Do not use a knife, as it will scratch the non-stick coating of the paddle.

Turn the machine upside down. The model number is printed on the white or silver sticker on the bottom base of the unit. It almost always starts with “29” (e.g., 29881).
