Premium Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

By enrolling in an AllUserManuals Premium Subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel.

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. The recurring charge will be applied to the payment method on file.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your secure user account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future charges, but you will retain access to your premium benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Download Limits: The Premium Subscription includes a set number of manual downloads per month. Unused downloads do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email in advance and will only apply to future billing cycles.

Refund Policy

  • Automatic Refund for Unavailable Manuals: If we are unable to locate the single user manual you requested, an automatic refund will be issued within 14 days of your purchase to the card used for payment. If you do not receive your manual after 14 days, please contact us for a quick resolution.
  • No Refunds for Digitally Fulfilled Orders: We only provide digital PDF copies of manuals, as stated on our product pages. Refunds are not available for orders that are digitally fulfilled and correct. All sales are final.
  • Subscription Refunds: Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page for specific terms regarding Premium Subscription refunds and our Fairness Guarantee.
  • Missing Files: If you cannot locate your manual, contact us at contact@allusermanuals.com or call 833-962-6825. Occasionally, emails may go to spam or be blocked. In such cases, we will use alternative emails to send your manual.

Price Modifications

AllUserManuals.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Pricing discrepancies or errors will be corrected, and we reserve the right to cancel any order.

Typographical Errors
